Some meetings feel productive from the moment you sit down. The JUMPA team visited Glowbest Sdn Bhd for a courtesy call with its Managing Director, Benny Ng Su Pei, and that’s exactly how this one went.

Benny is one of the more active voices in Sabah’s property development scene. Beyond leading Glowbest, he serves as Deputy President of SHAREDA, the Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association, and brings a perspective on development in Sabah that goes beyond just the buildings. The conversation covered the developments Glowbest has in the pipeline, the potential for events and activations within those spaces, and where JUMPA might play a role in bringing those environments to life.

What came out of the session went further than just a project discussion. We got a clearer picture of how Benny sees the Sabah property landscape evolving, what kind of community-building opportunities his developments could unlock, and what a thoughtful partnership between a developer and a communications agency could look like when both sides are aligned on the bigger picture.
